Can I paint my home the same color?

Currently, there is not a list of restricted paint colors. Instead the ARC is charged with assuring that any alteration shall be performed in conformity with the objective of high quality environmental design and development.  Previously, the ARC decided that repainting houses the original color was not automatically approved because paints and color tastes evolve over time. 

This does not mean the ARC will disapprove repainting with the original color, rathar that approval from ARC needs to be received to ensure the neighborhood maintains the highest quality environmental design.  Use the Paint Submittal Form to initiate your request. 

The ARC needs to know the exact proposed color (e.g. – Sherwin Williams SW6812 White Iris). If you are proposing a “custom” color, then you will need to send a clear digital picture of the proposed custom color. Be sure to include all colors for all items – base, trim, front door, garage door(s), accent, shutters, etc
