Who is the ARC?

The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) is led by the ARC Chair who serves as a member of the elected Wintereset Community Association Board. The term limit of the ARC Chair is three years and may serve up to three consecutive terms.  The committee must be comprised of at least three members of your friends and neighbors. Currently our target is to maintain a committee of 10 members.  The committee members all volunteer to serve and don't pretend to have all the answers, but do take our their roles and community seriously. Please be assured that all issues that come before the committee will be handled in a neighborly, conscientious manner.

Any decision made by the ARC can be appealed to the full Community Association Board by any member of the community.
