Right of Appeal

All approvals and disapprovals by the ARC may be appealed to the full Community Association Board.

Outlined in the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions:

ARTICLE VII

Section 7.06: "Any Member may appeal any approval by the ARC to the Association Board."

Section 7.07: "Any Member may appeal any disapproval by the ARC to the Association Board."
