Plat Plans

Plot plans are the formal documents were created to define your property lines during the development phase. 

It is important for the ARC to be able to understand where the proposed improvement will be located on the property.  Plot plans are easily located by calling the city of Lee's Summit (M-F 8-5) and asking for an emailed copy. You may also pick one up city hall 220 SE Green St. at the Development Services department.  

Note: The ARC tested this process and was able to obtain a plot plan in 4 minutes during business house. We also asked the city to provide a complete file with ALL of the plot plans for the neighborhood but they are NOT able to do so.
