Landscaping

Minor landscaping – replacing a dead bush with a new bush of the same kind, re-mulching your landscaping, or replacing washed away landscaping does not require ARC approval.

However, anything that materially changes the existing landscaping requires ARC approval. The only way to be 100% safe is to get prior written ARC approval.  Send an email if you have questions to [email protected].

Water runoff – water runoff is a major issue in the community. No landscaping will be approved that creates water runoff issues onto other lots.
